Pair seen trying to break into container
TWO men, described as white and in their 20s, were seen trying to break into a container in Tyrells Lane, Lower Bentley, Bromsgrove, at 5.40pm on Monday, September 28.
They had already cut the padlock off when they were spotted and mode off in a mint blue Citroen Picasso, registration KY03 XXD.
