A CHARITY for the elderly is looking for volunteers to help make a film about the credit crunch.
Aspiring film makers and members of the public are wanted to help Age Concern in an exciting new film project called Tales from a Credit Crunch which looks at how people in Worcestershire have been affected.
Age Concern Herefordshire and Worcestershire would also like to talk to local people of all ages who remember how recession has affected residents in Worcestershire in the past, and people who share their opinions and experiences could see themselves on the big screen at the Worcestershire Festival in 2011.
Charlotte Williams, who is coordinating the project said: “This is a really exciting opportunity for anyone who is interested in becoming involved in making a film. We want to hear people’s stories and really bring to life the effects of a financial recession.
“The emphasis has very much been on the global effects, but we want to show the local human side, real people and their day to day lives.”
