THIS month, Meg Farmer spoke of her experience as a foster carer.

She and her family have cared for nearly 100 children.

She spoke of the many photos she took for future adoptive parents so that they could share in the early weeks and months of their child.

Her wisdom and understanding for the children she cared for came through as she told of her experiences.

With the energy and enthusiasm that came from Meg it was not difficult to see how children in her care were helped and looked after.

Our next meeting is on April 10, and the guest speaker is Peter Riley, who will be talking about Parks And Gardens Of The National Trust.

WI meets at Clifton upon Teme Village Hall at 7.30pm, and the talk starts approximately 8pm.

New members and visitors most welcome.
