MEMBERS of a Worcester branch of the Women's Institute planted a tree to mark the national organisation's 100th anniversary.
Oldest member of the Pump House Women's Institute, 90-year-old Greta Lawrie and founder Sylvia Hudson got stuck in to plant the tree at Gheluvelt Park on Wednesday, April 8 in honour of the landmark.
It was a double celebration for the group, which meets at the Pump House in Waterworks Road and is also celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
