WORCESTER Jazz Orchestra’s autumn concert is taking place next month in Droitwich with a theme of ‘Swing is King’.
The popular big band is planning on recreating sounds from the swing era including the songs of Count Basie, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey and Duke Ellington.
The jazz orchestra is performing at the Droitwich Legion on Salwarpe Road with the vocals of Rob Redman, and direction by Mark Jacobson.
The concert will feature local real ale and food, and is due to start at 8pm on Friday, October 10.
