STUDENTS at Droitwich Spa High School have been celebrating after the release of their A-level results this morning.
And it was good news for many who gained the grades needed to be able to go to their university of choice.
Among the top performers were Charlie Arrowsmith, who gained four A* grades, and who now will be heading to Lady Margaret College, Oxford to study Physics.
Other successful youngsters included Oliver Gough, who managed three A*s and one C, Anna Ingram with two A*s and two As, Lucy Smallwood who managed one A*, two As and one B, and Joshua Yates with two A*s, one A and one C.
Natalie Waters, the school's headteacher, said: "We are delighted with this year’s A-level results and pleased that nearly all of our students have secured places at university or are moving on to take up jobs or apprenticeships."
