HEART of Worcestershire College students put customer care at the forefront of their studies when they visited a fashion store in the city.
The Hair and Beauty level 2 pupils paid a visit to House of Fraser for a talk on customer service skills, and met with store manager Matthew Faraday.
He conducted a tour of the store and explained the different types of services areas of the store offers, and how that affects the customer service that is offered
