A former pupil has returned to Tudor Grange Academy Worcester to talk to students about his experiences at school.
Shaq Tulloch talked to Year 11 students about his school days and held a question and answer session with the school's principal Sam Roach.
He told pupils he now wished he had worried less but worked more and advised students that relationships were transient and it was important for people to be kind to one another.
Mr Tulloch left the school to study at Worcester University for a degree in Sports Tourism and now runs his own business locally, called TLC Cleaning Solutions.
