MONDAY night will see the penultimate EU debate at Worcester’s Cap ‘n’ Gown pub before June 23 – with punters urged to pack it out.
Landlord Ted Marshall is gearing up for his final two hustings clashes in the venue, which is based in Upper Tything.
Among the line-up on Monday is Martin Turner, the chairman of the West Midlands’ Liberal Democrats, as well as historian James Pettifer, a defence contractor Ray Apted and Lee Dargue, a former Lib Dem parliamentary candidate for Edgbaston, Birmingham last year.
The event starts from 8pm – and the following Monday, June 20, the pub will host its final hustings featuring official Leave campaign chief, Labour MP Gisela Stewart up against Worcester Tory MP Robin Walker.
Mr Marshall said: “We’re looking forward to another great night on Monday.”
