A MAN accused of killing his daughter by driving a car into the river Avon will stand trial on March 1 next year.
Christopher Grady, appeared at Birmingham Crown Court today and was remanded in custody until the trial. He has pleaded not guilty to murder.
The 42-year-old, of no fixed address, drove his two children Gabby and Ryan into the river at Evesham on February 11.
Gabby, aged five, died in hospital three days later her brother, six, survived.
