THE trial of a man accused of murdering his five-year-old daughter by driving a car into the river Avon in Evesham is due to start today.
Christopher Grady, aged 42, of no fixed address, will stand trial at Birmingham Crown Court facing one charge of murder in relation to Gabby Grady’s death.
He also faces an attempted murder charge against his son Ryan, who was also in the car but survived. Grady has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
