A new way of reward students is being used in schools - the PraisePod.

Ever since an inventor in Yorkshire thought of the idea there has been a new atmosphere within a Yorkshire school.

The idea is that when I child does some thing good the school catches in on camera. When a teacher recognizes that a pupil has done something worth rewarding, then they go into a PraisePod to record what they say.

Once the clips are recorded then they are burned on to a DVD for the pupils to take home so they can show their parents.

Many pupils from this school think that the idea is great and since the PraisePod has been introduced behaviour has improved.

BBC Newsround asked some pupils from the school what they thought of it.

Ellie, 10, said, "It feels a bit nerve-wracking, but then it feels really good and you feel really proud of yourself."

Luke aged 11 said, "Every time you come people are like 'Wow, that's really good' and you just feel proud of yourself."

So what do you think the PraisePod is a good idea?
