SIR – I want to draw attention to the awful bus service being managed by First Buses in Worcestershire.
The service is currently horrendous and must be costing the local economy an awful lot of money.
I myself have to work late to make up my hours as the service to Malvern in the morning where I work is a rule to its own. The 44, 44a and the 44c are always late and often don’t come at all!
People accept that sometimes there can be an accident or extreme weather, but these failures are occurring every day.
I would like to know why this is happening, what is going to be done to sort it out and what compensation passengers can expect for such regular disruption?
