Sir - J.B.Smith from Bridlington,North Humberside,(Worcester News 26th March ) had his otherwise wonderful visit to our cathedral city marred by cyclists riding on the pavements.
He said that in the North it is an offence to cycle on the pavement.That same law applies here but why is it not applied?
