Sir - Adjectives such as 'sustainable' and 'integrated' invariably feature in council public transport strategies. Why, therefore, are there no signs at Crowngate bus station to direct passengers to Foregate Street rail station? Perhaps a little less of the rhetoric and more on delivery would be a suitable objective for our political leaders.
