Sir - Now is the time for all the other local authorities to follow Wychavon's example and have their service run by a Spanish company, in company with Severn Waste.
Wychavon's record on recycling is so good because the collection system is so simple.
The is no faffing about with a myriad of bins and boxes. Just two wheelie bins, one for recycling and one for landfill items.
I doubt if anyone in the Wychavon area has any problem with the rubbish collection, even though each been is collected on alternative weeks.
It has to be the best I have seen, whilst travelling around the country, others may wish to have a closer look at the Wychavon way.
