SIR - Please could you praise the following work places in Worcester city.
Lloyds Bank and Santander.
I went to the city to get some copies made of old photographs taken 70 years ago. I mislaid them on my journey, very upsetting to me, so I put a letter out to the places I had visited asking if they had seen them.
The above two companies phoned me to say they had not seen them but wished me luck in my search for them.
This seems good business practice not just fancy badges and shirts etc.
Well done to the two above.
