Sir - Are we surprised that both our City and County Council have wasted so much money merely on fees for the new Hartlebury Incinerator (W. News 28 August) – and this is long before we get to the cost of actually building it!
Both Labour and Conservative Parties are to blame, as both have been in power during the last few years. Is this a way to run a “business”, and “businesslike” is the only way to run anything, especially if it is with other people’s money – such as your money and mine!
But will anyone be held to account? I doubt it.
