Sir - Is it any wonder that people will not travel on Worcestershire buses if they can help it?
I was in Durham recently, and had not my pass to hand, as I was on a coach tour. When boarding a bus going to The Cathedral, I thought I had better tender about £2-50.The driver in jest said the fare would be £50 to me but actually only charged 50p. Needles to say the bus was full,with standing passengers.
