Sir - The Council appears to have colluded with the University yet further to reduce the parking spaces available in Worcester.
The Moors (Long Term) Parking is now reserved for the University (but largely unused) Monday to Friday. It is said to be open to the public at weekends but, as the entrance gate is chained up, it will not be generating much income for the Council or being useful to visitors and shoppers then.
