Once again our hard earned local taxes will be used to investigate the reasons for traffic congestion in Worcester (W. News 10/9/14); once again it will be wasted; and once again the answers are blatantly obvious. Firstly we must reinstate the park and ride and this time charge sensible prices. Secondly, we must build the Northern Relief Road. This was recommended following an investigation as far back as the 1990s; has been on the Agenda many times; and has been rejected again and again.
Worcester is divided by a river, so will always have a certain amount of traffic congestion, but at least with a Northern Relief Road we stand a chance of starting to solve the problem.
