SIR - What a delightful few months it's going to be.

The Tories are apparently on course to be eviscerated by UKIP in Rochester, so another day of disaster looms every larger in Cameron's calendar. The roof is falling in on Ed Miliband in Scotland. His forty odd Scottish Labour MPs look likely to be given the noble order of the boot in next year's elections.

Then there's the English votes on English matters imperative that has sprung from the Scottish Referendum. Ed Miliband won't touch an English parliament with a barge pole because it would be perpetually ruled by the Tories, leaving Labour permanently out of office. Could that perhaps explain why the Tories are suddenly so keen to create a purely English parliament? Problem is what happens to the Tories if that English parliament is taken over by UKIP in May 2015?

Add to that mix the likelihood that the electorate will vote to get out of Europe. The Scottish Nationalists have already said if the UK votes to leave Europe the Scottish National Party, as the ruling party in Scotland will keep Scotland in Europe. Wouldn't that mean customs post, and all the paraphernalia of an international border crossing, stretching along the length of Hadrian's Wall?

Won't it be wonderful to watch the loony Liberal highbrow Metropolitan elite become apoplectic with impotence, as millions of UKIP voters, outraged at our corrupt electoral system, demand proportional representations and a new election, because they only got half a dozen MPs, despite the millions of votes they received. And won't it be nice to see the LibLabCon's power fragment, and the loony Liberal highbrow Metropolitan elite crumble the combined weight of Scottish and English nationalism? Perhaps Mr Farage will even got to do what Guy Fawkes failed to do!
