Sir - So Worcester City play one game in the FA Cup, early stages, and there is suddenly 3,000 fans cheering them on !
Shame those so called supporters haven't been around since before St George's Lane closed !!!!
With the resulting victor, all of a sudden, City needs to be move to Perdiswell .
A public open space enjoyed by many ,dog walkers , model aeroplanes , kite flying, teaching children to ride their bikes , as I've done with both my children .
With it being a public space let the public decide if they want their land to be given, not even sold , to my knowledge. To a football club who sold out to the golden goose , only to find out its egg wasn't large enough to build its own ground with its new chosen prince charming ,St Modwen.
I'm not opposed to Worcester City returning to Worcester. I am , like so many more, opposed to losing green space to a club which will benefit only a few and not the thousands that walk or play Perdiswell, throughout the year.
