Sir - Reference: the GTEC plans for development near the historical church that Worcester News reported on recently. Thank you for the report. I was amazed when I read your report and cannot understand why there has been no consultation.

Is Worcester News aware that a significant amount of tree felling and stacking has already taken place on the proposed site?

The result of this extensive activity can be clearly seen from the road side if you are prepared to send a photographer.

Have the developers jumped the gun and started working without the approval?

I am no wildlife expert but if heavy machines chopped down my house in the middle of winter and made an extreme mess of my back yard I think the shock would probably kill me. I can't see how this would be allowed in a wildlife conservation area.

Also as I have now had a chance to view the site at first hand I can recognise the scale of what is planned in relation to the sketches provided in your article and I can tell that the proposed building will dwarf the Church and other historic buildings nearby.
