Who takes responsibility for keeping traffic moving in Worcester?
Sir - Worcester was gridlocked again this morning on my usual commute in from Birmingham. This was caused by some temporary lights at the top of London Road. The lights were around a hole that had been dug in the pavement, not the road!
There was nobody working at the site so I cannot see why the lights were there.
Does anybody in this city take any responsibility for keeping the traffic moving ??
