Sir - Sir Sherard Cowper -Coles lends his backing to Robin Walker does he?
As a senior adviser to HSBC Chief executive Stuart Gulliver, I'm wondering what Mr Cowper-Coles views are on Mr Gulliver's £5 million placed in an HSBC Panamanian bank account. An account opened to avoid tax.
My view, for what its worth, along with many others including parliamentarians, is and was that it was duplicitous and shoddy at best.
We should all pay our taxes.
How does Mr Walker feel about it?
In view of Mr Cowper-Coles links with HSBC and its chairman, I think he should say. Otherwise he risks being rather tarnished.
