SIR - I’m am emailing you following the article in Berrows Journal this week.
I totally agree with the constantly overflowing state of the bins in the city.
Living in Bath Road I regularly see all bins on the entire length of this road spewing out litter.
Tallow Hill is another hotspot, causing the excess rubbish to cascade down the hill towards the canal.
Also, the riverside bins close to the Diglis footbridge and along the towpath below the cathedral and around St Andrew Spire gardens.
