Sir - Surely the St. Martin's Quarter development in Worcester is not deemed to be aesthetically pleasing?
With monolithic "wall-to-wall" block-paving, empty units and a "temporary" cheap neon sign, I think not.
How about some greenery such as shrubs or containers with flowers?
The current site is a sad indictment of our available architectural and landscaping abilities.
