Sir - Green Council Candidate Peter Nielsen has decided to spout the usual Green nonsense that I have heard so many times before.
Like calling me a 'Climate Change Denier', a deliberate attempt to equate climate realism with Holocaust denial. Nobody denies Climate Change - The climate is changing all the time. Always has done. Always will.
I would like to point readers to a massive source of information on the subject online: wattsupwiththat.com which is the world's most viewed site on global warming and climate change.
Anthony Watts is better qualified than either myself or Mr. Nielsen to dispense this vital information in the climate debate. And, Mr. Nielsen, it is a debate. Nobody is disputing the rising levels of CO2, but its effects, good and bad, are hotly debated. It is thoroughly unscientific of you to claim otherwise. Science in your eyes, may operate on a 'consensus' basis, but to quote Michael Crichton "There is no such thing as consensus science. If it's consensus, it isn't science. If it's science, it isn't consensus. Period.'
Do take time to read some of the website, Mr. Nielsen; but I warn you, there are a lot of graphs and it is quite'sciencey'.
