Sir, I read that Alan Amos has defected to the Tories, again this is another example of the Tammy Hall style politics that serves only the self interest and egos of some of local politicians in the Guild Hall.
This of course is not without precedent in the city (councillor Riaz can testify to this) and this shows clearly the contempt in which some of our esteemed councillors hold the electorate of this city.
How paternalistic that councillor Amos has vowed to continue to "Look after the people of Warndon" in what guise will that be this next may I ask ?
A Labour voter I will never be ( Councillor Amos may join the SNP next who knows!) , however the people of one of the most deprived wards in this city have been disenfranchised by this political chameleon in my view.
I am certain he would have been elected as a Tory as the pigs fly past my window as I write this or maybe not!!!!!!!
