Youngsters were so well behaved

SIR – May I congratulate the organisers of the Minifest held in Cripplegate Park, Worcester, on June 28.

The youth who attended were polite, well behaved and seemed to be enjoying the various bands, entertainment and activities provided. No alcohol – just cola, juice and water to drink.

They helped with a litter pick to clear the park afterwards without any complaints.

They set an example of how young people should behave – what a contrast to the alcohol-fuelled morons who vandalised the cathedral gardens and left litter recently.

We must remember there are some good and helpful young people still around, who have been set standards of good behaviour.
