SIR – Re: L M R Presley’s comments regarding George Cowley’s nonsense. I hearty agree with LMR, but Cowley does little or no harm compared to the absymal dreams of so-called local MP Mike Foster. He does cause trouble with his incessant sniping at the Conservative party at any opportunity.

It's his job, clerken!
I just wish those in the Labour Party with brains (and there are some - bright enough to fiddle their expenses) would "see the light" and "snipe" at their own party...for the good of the nation.
Remember that nation - the one that elected them?
When you realise you are on the wrong road, those with any sense turn back!
