It’s time to get on with the real issues

SIR – Having just watched the Politics Show on BBC 1 filmed outside your offices, where foxy Foster and a Lib Dim (correct spelling) representative appeared with regards to the repeal of the Hunting Act by the Conservative party, there are several issues which need addressing:- 1. The Conservatives were not available. What sort of election campaign are they running in Worcester?

2. Foxy Foster once again said a fox is ripped apart by hounds. I would have thought by now all parties would have learnt the truth – the fox is killed instantly.

3. Foxy Foster, as our MP, is supposed to represent all his voters, so why does he represent the minority in a rural county?

There are more important issues to sort out. Get on with the real issues, which is what voters want.

From that Politics Show interview:
.
"We've got so many things we should be worrying about in this country. Our kids not getting into university, we've got an economic collapse, we've got two wars - why are we talking about this again?"
.
Those are the words of Neville Farmer, the Lib Dem (correct spelling) candidate for Wyre Forest.
.
I'd say he agrees with you, Mr Hine. Are you sure you were watching the same programme?

"so why does he represent the minority in a rural county?"
Does he? Paul Hines is talking rubbish again. Who won the most votes at the last election when this was big issue?

1) Foxes are obviously not killed instantly. If you believe they are you probably also believe in fairies!

2) Animal welfare is a 'real' issue to many people. The fact that you don't give a toss says a lot about the type of person you are. You're probably more concerned with the price of tweed jackets than anything else!

Foster doesn't represent any rural voters, or hardly any. He is the MP for Worcester last time I looked, which is a city.

Spilling blood as a sauce of pleasure? No thanks. Bad for the human condition, never mind the fox.

Sauce of pleasure (sic)?
I've heard it called a few things in my time!

I suspect most people whatever their view on hunting would place it a long way down their list of priorities.
There are many more pressing reasons for getting rid of the current bunch of ********* (insert your choice of insult here) than getting rid of one piece of incredibly poor legislation.

New Kid, you are 100% right. Fox Hunting disappears off the agenda in this coming election .There are far far more important items to consider .Crime,Immigration,I
llegal Immigrants ,The EU Yes or No,Democracy fast disappearing brought about by the mass Media Press and TV The Illegal wars in Iraq Afghanistan,Bringing the Mass Murderer Blair to trail, Why are unelected People having control of this Nation ,Brown, Mandelson, Elf & Safty Gestapo, PC Brigade. how about the spilling of Blood on the sand in the two illegal wars that's taking place.Started by 95% of the Fraudsters, Cheats,Liars and other Scoundrels that call themselves MPs.
Hunting !!! most people have better and more important things to attend to in their lives.
