SIR - I visited the recent steam rally at Welland. It was a lovely day - the weather was fine and the show was excellent.
But why do people drag dogs with them? It was such a hot day. I noticed a woman's dog had collapsed because of the heat.
This is cruel. Why can't the organisers state no dogs?
