SIR – Is David Cameron on a different planet?

I read recently that the Prime Minister is considering proposals that would see the unemployed lose their benefits if they don’t find a job within two years.

Doesn’t he know how difficult it is to find work?

In some cases, three out of every four jobs are going to people arriving from the EU.

How can he expect people born and bred here to leave school and walk straight into a job? It was said that the jobs needed to build the Olympic village would go to unemployed Brits, yet statistics show otherwise.

The influx of cheap foreign labour is doing nothing for the jobless of this country, only forcing up the number of people claiming benefits.

We need a halt to mass open-door immigration policy and we need to stop dishing out billions of pounds in overseas aid.
