      <description>
  SIR – I really don’t wish to prolong the subject of post office closures, however in reply to Peter Luff’s letter (Letters, November 24), may I just remind him that it was his Conservative Party
  along with Labour and the Liberal Democrats who gave a ‘yes’ vote for the break-up of the Royal Mail, resulting in the subsequent closure of our post offices.

  Sunday, November 23.

      <description>
  Sir – P Pegler’s letter of November 13 referring to the dual role of Worcester’s highway chief John Hobbs is timely in raising this issue. However, there is a more fundamental issue relating to the
  roads of the county and the city of Worcester.

      <description>
  SIR – Powick island is a disaster! (Worcester News, November 24). No vehicles stop at the box junction so travelling from Lower Wick to
  Malvern is a risky business. An accident will surely happen soon. Traffic lights are the only solution.

      <link>http://www.worcesternews.co.uk/news/letters/read/3938736.Could_someone_explain_where_the_buses_went/</link>
      <description>
  SIR – I know I keep going on about the number 30 bus from Dines Green to the city but I assure you this is not without good reason. To anyone with an ounce of common sense, the fact that First had
  changed the 33 to the new 30 route, travelling only between Dines Green and Worcester bus station, could work out that this should greatly improve the service over this shorter distance, allowing
  for congestion and roadworks – of which at the present there are none along its route.
