Flood update: 3.30pm Flood update: 3.30pm

Hylton Road has now been reopened to traffic, although the Environment Agency is continuing a pumping operation to keep the road clear of water.

The report that the Croft Road pay-and-display car park had shut proved to be incorrect, although the nearby Pitchcroft car park remans out of use due to flooding.
