TWO bikes worth more than £3000 were stolen from a shed at a Worcester address days before Christmas.

A man’s specialised stumpjumper FSR comp, which is red, black and white, and a woman's specialised MYKA FSR comp, coloured silver, purple and white, were stolen overnight on Thursday and Friday, December 20 and 21 from a shed at an address in St George's Lane North.

The incident was reported to police at 10.30am on the Friday when the owner realised what had happened.

The man's bike has a bottle cage fitted and body geometry handgrips. The bike also has very distinct paint rubbing on the bottom cross bar where the owner's bike carrier has rubbed off the paint work.

The woman's bike has white pedals (not standard), a white bottle cage, specialized body geometry handgrips with white end detailing. The bike also has similar very distinct paint mark rubbing from the bike carrier.

The owner has already organised a leaflet drop to local homes to try and locate the bikes.
