A POP-up coffee shop has opened its doors at a tourist hotspot in Worcester.
Time for Coffee will be run from The Commandery in Sidbury for six weeks over the summer, offering local residents and visitors to the historic site a place to sit and relax.
Commandery manager David Nash said: "Lots of our visitors ask us if we have a cafe. We thought now was the perfect time to give it a try, especially with the fantastic new play area in place on Fort Royal Park which is bound to attract lots of thirsty visitors over the school holidays."
The coffee shop — a partnership between My Coffee and Museums Worcestershire — is open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm and from 1.30pm to 4pm on Sunday.
If the coffee shop is a success, it will return next summer as well as for major Commandery events throughout the year.
Also known as St Wulfstan's Hospital, the Commandery features displays about the history of the building as well as the English Civil War.
