TWO former Worcester students have joined forces to create a new marketing company.
Matt Lloyd and Ben Barnes met in 1995 while on a multimedia course at the School of Art and Design In Barbourne.
Now, 14 years later and both successful former directors of their own web-based design and marketing companies, they have launched NinetyFive Creative, a play on the year they first met.
The company has been formed from the merger of Matt Lloyd Design and Arctic Barbecue Design, creating high-profile branding, communications and integrated marketing campaigns. Its portfolio includes marketing consultancy, print, photography, copywriting, 3D design and animation and website design.
Mr Barnes’ flair for creative and original design has led him to work on projects for internationally-renowned companies such as Bacardi, Diagio and the Gucci Group. Closer to home, he has worked with the University of Worcester, Worcester Live and law firm Harrison Clarke.
Marketing experience led Mr Lloyd to set up base in Oxford where his past clients included Spec-Savers, VW and Oxford University.
“Graphics and web design is just the start,” said Mr Barnes.
Before entering the business world, Mr Lloyd went to Chantry High School in Martley while Mr Barnes attended Bishop Perowne High School in Worcester.
