THREE lucky mums will be in for a treat on Mothering Sunday thanks to the artistic talents of their children.

Once again this year we joined Beautiful Flowers in Worcester to run our Mothering Sunday colouring competition.

We were delighted to receive 28 entries, and from those have selected three winners.

Lucy Evans, aged six, of Woodstock Road, St John’s, was awarded first prize. Her mum will receive a bouquet, worth £50, from Beautiful Flowers in Reindeer Court, New Street, on Sunday.

Second prize went to three-year-old Emily Smith, of Kilbury Drive, Worcester, whose mum will receive a £30 bouquet.

And third prize was awarded to Hannah Scott, aged nine, of Barn Close, St John’s. Her mum will get a £20 bouquet.
