MORE than 50 acts have already signed up to take part in Upton’s Feelgood for Pakistan festival.

The three-day event is scheduled to be held from Friday-Sunday, September 17-19, and many of the town’s venues have also offered free use of performance spaces.

Organisers plan to have music in the streets, pubs, Memorial Hall and Upton Sports Club over the weekend and on the Saturday, there will be a parade starting at Upton Parish Church and progressing down Old Street and High Street to the riverside.

Collection buckets will be located all over town in aid of victims of the Pakistan floods. For the latest on the festival, visit feelgoodforpakistan.upton.uk.net
