FLAGS at County Hall are flying at half mast to mark the passing of a Worcestershire county councillor.
Councillor Edward Sheldon, who was called Ted by all who knew him, lost his battle with throat cancer in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Conservative Coun Sheldon, who lived in Lucerne Close, Northwick, Worcester, represented the Bowbrook ward and was a former cabinet member and chairman of Worcestershire County Council.
