A WORCESTER teenager needs your votes to be named Miss Teen Princess UK.
Kelly Hymas, aged 13, from St Peter’s, was scouted for the competition at the Clothes Show Live at Birmingham’s NEC in December last year and received a call just after Christmas telling her that she was one of 40 girls who had won through to the next round.
The teenager then travelled to NW5 Studios in London where her photographs were taken.
Kelly, who attends Nunnery Wood High School, now needs your votes to be named Miss Teen Princess.
Her mother Angela Hymas said: “She’s really excited.
“She’s got a lot of support from friends and family and that has helped her to gain confidence.”
Two finalists from each age group – Miss Teen Princess for girls aged 13-15 and Miss Teen Queen for those aged 16-19 – will be chosen for the live finals, which will take place in September.
Voting ends at 11.30pm on Tuesday, January 31.
To vote for Kelly, text TP38 to 81319 or call 0900 5932000 and enter the number 38.
