Car damaged at Malvern Retail Park Car damaged at Malvern Retail Park

POLICE in Malvern are appealing for witnesses to an alleged incident of criminal damage which happened at Malvern Retail Park.

A white Fiat 500 had its rear bumper damaged while at the front of queuing traffic exiting the Roman Way retail park, on the approach to the mini roundabout which links the retail park to Morrisons.

The incident happened at around 4.50pm on Thursday, 29 March.

The driver of the Fiat believes another vehicle may have deliberately driven into the back of her in order to force her onto the roundabout.

PC Grant Lawrence, from Malvern police station, said: "A silver Range Rover was behind the Fiat when the damage occurred and this may help to jog people's memories about the incident.

"The Fiat driver remembers a woman in another car driving past her at the time of the incident. This woman spoke to the Fiat driver about what was happening and I would appeal for this woman in particular to contact us.

"I would also urge anyone else who was at the retail park that day and saw what happened to get in touch."

Anyone with information about the incident should call PC Lawrence on 0300 333 3000 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

There was a silver range rover behind her when the incident happened...the incident being her rear bumper being damaged. So was it the range rover that did it? Did she not notice a 3 tonne vehicle hit the back of her 1 tonne car? Did she not make a note of the number plate or get the details of the witness?

Seriously?
