THE team at Worcestershire Hub Customer Service Centre has won Customer Service Excellence award for the second year running.
The government initiative aims to make sure the customer is always at the heart of public service delivery and to achieve the award the hub staff had to show they were providing efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering services.
Rachel Hill, head of customer services for Worcestershire Hub, said: “Achieving an award is always good news, but what’s great about this is it also provides reassurance to staff and customers alike that the quality of services delivered here are of a good standard.”
