I have had great pleasure in working for the residents of St Stephen for the last four years and believe that with my fellow councillors, Gareth Jones and Mary Drinkwater, we have formed an effective and committed team that have pursued your concerns with vigour and commitment. I welcome the improvements in Gheluvelt Park and the riverside refurbishment; things that have a positive daily impact on residents. I will continue to ensure that the council delivers value for money, while providing quality services. I am proud to have supported the freezes in council tax that this Conservative-led council has delivered.
