Worcester City Council's phone system is not working
CUSTOMERS have been given an alternative number for Worcester City Council while work to repair the Guildhall phone system is carried out.
The phone system went down yesterday evening and means the council can currently not receive phone calls.
In the meantime, customers wishing to contact the council can call an alternative number, in Malvern, which will redirect them.
The number is 01684 862151.
Council email addresses and the website, worcester.gov.uk, are still working.
