A CHOCOLATIER from the Golden Valley has opened a new chapter in his professional life after publishing his debut novel.
Ian Murray-Watson, from Peterchurch, the founder of Dore Valley Chocolates and a former teacher at Aylestone School, wrote his debut novel after being inspired by the likes of Terry Pratchett.
The novel, A Stitch in Time, a “surreal temporal fantasy,” is available to buy as an e-book at Amazon, priced at £3.35.
Mr Murray-Watson, 69 said: “I have always been inspired by authors who create alternative realities that are believable enough to make you think.”
