VISIT Herefordshire has outlined its top priorities to promote the county on a regional and national basis.

Brands such as the Black and White Village Trail, the Herefordshire Cider Route, and the distinctive market towns and Hereford city will all be highlighted as part of a new plan.

The move was agreed by chair of Visit Herefordshire Alan Curless, and Mike Ashton, the chief executive of Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, when they met to set a date for the chamber to take over the management of the tourism body.
